JF-800 bimetallic composite bushing, steel backing sintered with CuPb10Sn10 lead bronze alloy lining. With oil holes on the sleeve wall for grease/oil lubrication. Widely used in automotive connecting rods, construction machinery, hydraulic equipment, agricultural machinery and general industrial equipment.

1. Standard structure: Cylindrical bushing with lubrication holes, customized oil grooves / oil pockets available.
2. Tolerance: Bore diameter H7, outer diameter s6, length tolerance ±0.1 mm.
3. Custom sizes: Custom ID, OD, length can be produced according to drawings.
4. Oil hole: Position & diameter can be customized as customer requirement.
