Graphite embedded bronze bushing (oil-free brass sleeve) adopts high-strength brass alloy as base material, with solid graphite plugs embedded evenly on the sliding surface. During operation, graphite forms a stable solid lubricating film between the bushing and shaft. It solves the lubrication difficulty for equipment where oil filling is inconvenient. Widely used for low-speed, heavy-load, intermittent motion scenarios.
