This bimetal composite bushing adopts dual-layer metal composite technology. The outer carbon steel backing provides high mechanical strength, impact resistance and structural rigidity. The inner sintered bronze lining features excellent anti-friction property, conformability and embedability, which can tolerate tiny foreign particles in lubricant and avoid shaft scratch.

Custom oil grooves and oil holes are precisely processed on the inner surface to evenly distribute grease or lubricating oil, forming a stable lubricating film between the shaft and bushing. It greatly reduces friction and heat generation, extending service life under continuous heavy-duty operation.
