This flanged bronze bushing (flange brass sleeve) is manufactured by precision CNC turning from high-strength brass / tin bronze / high-leaded bronze. The integrated flange design provides axial positioning and load limitation, widely used for rotating and sliding motion parts in all kinds of mechanical equipment.
Our bronze flange bush features excellent wear resistance, good thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient and high compressive strength. It can bear heavy radial and axial loads, suitable for low-speed heavy-duty working conditions. We support custom machining according to drawings or samples, including inner hole grooving, oil grooves, tolerance adjustment and surface finishing.
