Product Overview
This graphite embedded bronze guide bushing (also known as center ejector guide bush / EGB bushing) is manufactured from high-strength high-lead brass alloy, with solid graphite plugs embedded uniformly on the sliding surface. It is a maintenance-free, oil-free self-lubricating bearing solution. The graphite acts as a solid lubricant during operation, forming a stable lubrication film between friction pairs. It can work continuously under high temperature, heavy load and low-speed swing conditions without adding liquid grease. Widely used for plastic injection mold ejector plate guiding, die casting mold, automation machinery, hydraulic equipment and other heavy-duty friction positions.
