Overview
This two-step shoulder graphite inlaid brass bushing (JDB series self-lubricating bearing) is manufactured from high-strength high force brass alloy. Solid graphite lubricants are embedded in pre-machined holes on the sliding surface. It achieves self-lubricating performance without continuous oil supply. The brass matrix provides excellent load capacity, impact resistance and wear resistance, while graphite forms a stable dry friction lubrication film during operation.
This stepped double shoulder copper bush is widely used for mold ejector guide, injection machinery, automation equipment, hydraulic cylinders, construction machinery and automotive equipment. It works reliably under high temperature, heavy load, low speed, dusty or hard-to-reach lubrication environments.
