Product Overview
This flanged graphite plugged oilless bushing is manufactured from high-strength cast bronze, with solid graphite plugs embedded on the sliding surface as solid lubricant. It combines the high mechanical strength of bronze alloy and the self-lubricating property of graphite.
No external oil supply is required during operation. It works reliably under high load, low speed, high temperature, intermittent motion and oil-free environments. The integrated flange with pre-machined mounting holes allows quick and easy installation, widely used for linear sliding and rotating motion in automation equipment, machine tools, molds, engineering machinery and hydraulic systems.
