Product Overview
This flanged self-lubricating bronze bushing is manufactured from high-strength high-lead brass /high-strength brass,with solid graphite plugs embedded uniformly on the sliding surface. The special cut-flange design simplifies mounting and positioning, saving assembly time.
No extra oil supply required during operation. The graphite acts as a solid lubricant, forming a continuous lubricating film on the shaft surface under friction. It performs reliably under high load, low speed, intermittent motion, oscillation and dry running conditions. Widely used in automation machinery, injection molds, textile equipment, hydraulic cylinders and machine tools.
