Product Overview
Square flange graphite bronze bushing is a self-lubricating oilless sliding bearing manufactured from high-strength brass alloy, with solid graphite particles embedded evenly on the bushing surface. This integrated flange brass liner combines excellent mechanical strength and self-lubricating performance. During operation, the embedded graphite transfers to the friction surface to form a stable solid lubrication film, separating the metal contact pair. It eliminates the need for oil refilling, reduces friction coefficient and wear, and works reliably under high load, low speed, high temperature and dusty harsh environments. The square flange design with 4 mounting holes enables fast, stable installation on linear motion systems, replacing traditional linear ball bearings. Widely adopted in automation equipment, CNC machinery, injection molds, textile machinery and hydraulic systems.
