Material Structure
3-layer composite sliding bushing, bronze base version:
1. **Backing Layer**: Tin bronze substrate (bronze base), better corrosion resistance & much higher thermal conductivity than carbon steel SF-1
2. **Intermediate Layer**: Sintered spherical bronze powder layer, thickness 0.20~0.30mm
3. **Surface Lubricating Layer**: PTFE composite coating (0.01~0.03mm), lead-free optional
Key difference vs standard SF-1: Bronze backing instead of low carbon steel, excellent heat dissipation, suitable for high-temperature & mildly corrosive environments
